Faisal Tarazi

Mr. Tarazi is a Managing Director in Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on the group's commercial finance platform. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Mr. Tarazi was a Vice President at PNC Business Credit, where he focused on underwriting leveraged cash flow facilities for middle market technology companies, largely in support of financial sponsor-backed mergers and acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations and traditional refinancing transactions. Previously, Mr. Tarazi was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where he was responsible for structuring, negotiating and executing senior financing for middle market companies. Mr. Tarazi holds a B.S. from Boston University the Questrom School of Business in Finance.
